Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and marketing efforts for the company's product line. You will be required to cold call potential clients, identify key accounts, and provide pre-sales technical support to showcase how our products meet client needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with architects, specifiers, consultants, and contractors to promote the company's products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Identify clients and Structural Consultants who can benefit from the company's product line. - Support the Regional office in identifying new Geotec projects and maximizing client potential in the designated region. - Collect project information for negotiation of price and contract terms to meet client and company needs. - Visit key accounts regularly to enhance loyalty, support customer needs, and identify new business opportunities. - Provide pre-sales technical know-how, make technical presentations, and demonstrate product suitability. - Provide after-sales support services, including technical backup and product installation training. - Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events. - Liaise with the regional sales team and other technical experts. - Provide support material for other members of the sales and functional teams. - Consolidate sales forecasts and participate in monthly reviews in coordination with planning and logistics departments. - Establish rapport with architects, specifiers, consultants, and contractors to specify the company's products. - Identify decision-makers in high-end projects and build relationships with them. - Organize technical seminars and participate in exhibitions to promote the company's products and services. Qualifications Required: - BE/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering. - 2 to 3 years of experience in the building material or construction industry.
