With innovative products since 1984 and a presence in over 45 countries, DRI is recognized as a technology leader in the HVAC&R industry. DRI’s product offerings include Energy Recovery Wheels, Desiccant Rotors & Cassettes, and more. The company has five modern manufacturing units and a diversified SYSTEMS product portfolio for certain Asian countries under the ARCTIC brand.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of DRI's product portfolio, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions, handling technical inquiries, and facilitating the sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications

Sales Engineering and Sales skills
Technical Support and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in the HVAC&R industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
