Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for sales & collection of his region.
He will supervise a team of Sales Engineers / Sales Executives in region, guide them & take daily reports.
He will be responsible for achieving given sales targets & development of the region.
Coordination with Plant, Shipping, Operations, Accounts for Sales.
He has to build up relationship with all region Dealers & Major Industries.
He will be visiting Major Industries for business & will also be responsible for direct sales & given separate target.
Incumbent will be accountable for organizing trade shows and seminars etc

Preferred candidate profile

Possess exposure of sales of Industrial / Commercial products;

Strong Negotiation skill;

Positive attitude and Influencer Management will an important area
