Sales Engineer - Dairy and Beverage Industry

As a Sales Engineer with technical expertise and sales skills, your role will involve selling heat exchangers to the Dairy and Beverage industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer requirements and technical specifications, and presenting appropriate solutions. - Engaging in technical and commercial discussions with customers. - Creating proposals and following up for orders. - Generating leads and developing new business opportunities. - Negotiating prices and closing orders. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for customers. - Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) systems. To excel in this role, you should possess the following key skills: - A strong understanding of dairy processing equipment, including design, operation, and maintenance requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations. - Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
