As a Sales Engineer with technical expertise and sales skills, your role will involve selling heat exchangers to the Dairy and Beverage industry. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and technical specifications, presenting solutions, and engaging in technical and commercial discussions with customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making proposals and following up for orders - Generating leads and developing new business opportunities - Negotiating prices and closing orders - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support - Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of dairy processing equipment, including its design, operation, and maintenance requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver engaging presentations. You should also be proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
