Job Description

As an experienced technical sales or service engineering professional with a diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics field) and 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of industrial equipment, automation, and robotics to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers. - Maintaining a customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction. - Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients and provide technical support. - Utilizing your knowledge of commercial terms and proficiency in SAP, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support sales and service activities. - Showcasing excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi to liaise with a diverse customer base. - Previous customer service background highly desirable to enhance customer interactions.
