Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  (Highly Preferred)
• 3–4 years of sales experience in

  industrial automation solutions

• Strong technical knowledge of

  welding systems and related products

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the automation industry
• Customize proposals based on client requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate solution proposals
• Understand client challenges and recommend automation technologies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management
• Stay current on automation products, sales techniques, and industry trends
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals
• Ensure smooth project implementation and maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to deliver effective solutions
• Provide market insights and performance feedback to management

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in consultative and solution-based selling
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with systems such as

  material handling automation, vision systems, and welding automation

• Strong network within the automation and technology industries
• Ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
