Are you an experienced professional in Quality Assurance and New Product Development within the manufacturing or automotive industry? Join our growing team and contribute to high-impact projects with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD)
• Handle quality systems and documentation (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC)
• Interface directly with customers for RFQs, complaints, and technical discussions
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Work on high-precision products including slinky stamping, stator cores, and BLDC motor laminations

Candidate Requirements:

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Quality, NPD, or Supplier Quality functions
• Proficient in 8D, PDCA, 7QC tools, Kaizen, and Poka-yoke
• Strong working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, GD&T, and customer portals
• Certified Internal Auditor (ISO/IATF); Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an advantage
• Exposure to international customers and exhibitions is preferred
