At Arico Marine, we specialize in providing high-quality marine engineering solutions including Marine Growth Prevention Systems (MGPS), sacrificial anodes, marine fenders, electrical panels, and a wide range of associated equipment.

We are expanding our reach across shipyards, ports, and vessel owners in India and overseas, and are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new leads, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the technical sales process. This role requires both strong communication skills and a good understanding of technical products and applications in the marine or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, ship owners, EPC contractors, and marine consultants.
• Understand client requirements and provide technical guidance and product recommendations.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
• Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and meetings to represent the company.
• Maintain CRM records and submit weekly reports on sales activity and market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Marine preferred) or relevant technical field.
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marine, industrial, or engineering sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of marine equipment or corrosion prevention systems.
• Existing network or contacts in shipyards, ports, or marine industry.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with both independent and team-based work.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
