About the Company At Arico Marine, we specialize in providing high-quality marine engineering solutions including Marine Growth Prevention Systems (MGPS), sacrificial anodes, marine fenders, electrical panels, and a wide range of associated equipment. We are expanding our reach across shipyards, ports, and vessel owners in India and overseas, and are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our growing team. Role Overview The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new leads, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the technical sales process. This role requires both strong communication skills and a good understanding of technical products and applications in the marine or industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, ship owners, EPC contractors, and marine consultants. Understand client requirements and provide technical guidance and product recommendations. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support. Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and meetings to represent the company. Maintain CRM records and submit weekly reports on sales activity and market feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Marine preferred) or relevant technical field. 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marine, industrial, or engineering sectors. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills Knowledge of marine equipment or corrosion prevention systems. Existing network or contacts in shipyards, ports, or marine industry.
