As an Industrial Sales Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, with a competitive CTC ranging from 3-6 LPA. Based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, this full-time on-site position will require you to spearhead sales, customer service, business development, sales management, and the implementation of automation solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass client engagement, fostering new business opportunities, overseeing sales processes, and propelling growth within the industrial automation sector. To excel in this role, you must possess a skill set that includes expertise in sales, customer service, and business development, along with a deep understanding of sales management and automation solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, comprehend technical product specifications, and showcase a proven track record in sales and business development will be crucial. Moreover, your familiarity with industrial automation technologies and possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field will be advantageous.
