Sales Effectiveness Trainer

As a Sales Effectiveness Trainer in the retail industry, your role will involve conducting practical on-field training sessions for sales representatives, coaching them to improve customer engagement, product knowledge, and overall sales effectiveness. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting on-field coaching and training sessions with sales representatives in retail outlets, modern trade stores, and distributor points. - Designing and delivering retail-specific sales training modules covering customer handling, visual merchandising, upselling techniques, product demonstration, objection handling, and closing sales. - Implementing sales SOPs and training frameworks customized for on-ground retail scenarios. - Organizing refresher training and follow-up sessions to ensure retention and execution of sales strategies. - Supporting new joiner onboarding with field induction training and mentorship. Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in on-field training (Preferred) Please note: This position is open for female candidates only.
