Sales Effectiveness Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Effectiveness Trainer to enhance the performance of our on-field sales team in the retail industry. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for conducting practical training sessions, coaching field sales representatives, and implementing best practices to boost customer engagement, product knowledge, and overall sales effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include conducting on-field coaching and training sessions at retail outlets, modern trade stores, and distributor points. You will design and deliver retail-specific sales training modules covering various topics such as customer handling, visual merchandising, upselling techniques, product demonstration, objection handling, and closing sales. Moreover, you will be tasked with implementing sales SOPs and training frameworks tailored to on-ground retail scenarios, organizing refresher training sessions, and conducting follow-ups to ensure the retention and execution of sales strategies. Additionally, you will provide support for new joiner onboarding through field induction training and mentorship. This is a full-time position that offers health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus included.
