• Sales Planning o Developing the Annual operating plan (AOP) in consultation with CDO, sales leaders and the finance team o Monthly phasing of targets and allocation of targets at lenders and individual SM/ RSM/ ZSM • Sales Incentives and Contests o Ownership of the sales incentive scheme and tactical contests Construct to fulfilment o Balancing the incentive participation with plan achievement • Digital Initiatives o Day-to-day management of existing portals (Sales activity tracking app, SMS portal, Internal CRM) and driving adoption of sales app, live sales dashboards and other existing tools o New Digital Initiatives New digital platforms, enhancements/ new developments in existing platforms; and integration of existing platforms, Automation of MISs, etc. • Sales Analytics and Sales Processes o Development of playbooks, templates, and processes for effective sales monitoring; and meticulous adherence of the same o Development and implementation of Sales processes and policies • Decks, MISs and Reporting – o Creation of decks for periodic reviews of sales team and for org-wide reviews o Development of new MISs with actionable insights and ensuring timeliness & accuracy in existing MISs. • Sales Co-ordination – Periodic collation of data, updating database and ad-hoc coordination requirements.
A strong background in Sales/ business planning • Exposure to development and execution of sales incentives and contests • Understanding and experience of managing digital assets – Sales tracking apps, SMS portals, CRM portals • Strong MS- office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) • An understanding of the mortgage/financial services industry and experience of working in Sales / Sales effectiveness teams of BFSI companies will be preferred.
