Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & E-Commerce Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales & E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, handling customer interactions, optimizing online product listings, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with suppliers. The role also involves analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining the company's e-commerce platforms to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

• Sales Management and Customer Service skills
• E-commerce platform management and online product listing experience
• Marketing Strategy implementation and Data Analysis skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using e-commerce and inventory management software
• Experience in the pet care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
