About the Role

We’re looking for high-performing Sales Associates and Team Leaders who are passionate about real estate and driven by results. You will be part of our growing sales force, helping us promote premium villa and land projects in South Hyderabad.

Success in this role means consistent lead conversion, strong client relationships, and contributing to a culture of professionalism, trust, and growth. You’ll play a key part in strengthening our brand presence in a fast-appreciating corridor and shaping the customer experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Sales Associates:

• Present, promote, and sell villa and plotting projects to prospective buyers
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, benefits, and ROI clearly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through qualified leads
• Coordinate with the marketing team for event participation and campaigns

Team Leaders:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to meet collective goals
• Monitor performance, identify training needs, and provide on-ground guidance
• Handle escalations, resolve customer queries, and ensure service excellence
• Generate reports, track performance metrics, and forecast sales
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and campaign strategies
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates)
• 1–5 years of real estate sales experience for Associates; 5+ years for Team Leaders
• Proven success in residential real estate, preferably villas or plotting projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with fieldwork and weekend site visits
