With over 800 global enterprises choosing Darwinbox to manage their 2 million+ employees across 100+ countries, the company has established itself as a preferred partner in the industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Regional Sales Heads to develop and execute sales plans for generating incremental revenue from existing customers. - Strategically position Darwinbox to secure additional revenue through business expansion and renewals. - Work closely with customer success teams to deliver on commitments and turn customers into Darwinbox advocates. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers to drive advocacy and referrals within the industry. - Stay updated on the latest HR Tech trends, provide solutions for clients" HR technology needs, and strengthen client partnerships. - Represent Darwinbox at industry events and conferences, networking actively and promoting the value proposition. - Act as a trusted advisor to customer CXOs, defining Human Capital roadmaps for organizations. **Qualifications Required:** - 10-12 years of relevant experience in the industry. - MBA qualification is preferred. - Experience in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles would be advantageous. - Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed. - Strong negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills. - Exposure to People Advisory practices, IT Advisory, Shared Services, or enterprise sales is a plus. - Demonstrated capability in understanding customer pain points and proposing effective solutions. - Proven track record of working with C-level executives and driving results independently. - Experience in building new business verticals is desirable.
