Sales Director - Digital Experience

Role Overview: As a Sales Director - Digital Experience, your primary responsibility will be driving end-to-end sales until closure, managing proposals, and handling project-based work with large deals. You should have at least 8 years of relevant expertise in IT Services & Consulting. An undergraduate degree is required, although an MBA is preferred. Additionally, you must have exceptional written and verbal fluency in English, outstanding interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, effective communication abilities, and strong team-building skills. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end sales until closure, manage proposals, and handle project-based work with large deals. - Possess proven sales, sales enablement, and negotiation skills. - Demonstrate familiarity with design thinking fundamentals, pipeline management, deal qualification, competitive positioning, client relationship strategy, deal shaping, financial modeling, contract drafting, and management. - Have good knowledge of business process outsourcing, application development, cloud computing, security, as well as other technology platforms and aspects. - Acquire work experience in the professional services sector. - Possess working knowledge of multifaceted, multimillion-dollar prospects that are large, global, and complex.
