Sales Director

As a part of Capgemini Engineering, you will be providing Engineering and R&D services to various sectors such as Telecom & Technology, Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Railways, Medical Device, Industrial, Energy & Utilities. Your primary responsibility will be to build new business relationships with Manufacturing, Automotive, and Life Sciences (MALS) clients while demonstrating consistent business growth. You will drive new business opportunities within the MALS sector in India and nurture existing accounts to achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets. We are seeking an individual with a proactive approach, innovative thinking, and a winning attitude in a competitive environment. Ideal qualifications include a BE degree, with an MBA being preferred, along with 12 to 20 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities will involve leading the growth of Engineering services in India for MALS clients and being a vital member of the Go-To-Market strategy. Your role will include expanding the customer base, understanding client needs, collaborating with presales and delivery teams to create value propositions, and staying informed about industry trends and competition to drive enhancements. Your critical competencies will revolve around business development and sales expertise for MALS clients, meeting or exceeding revenue goals, and staying abreast of MALS technologies and solutions. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills will be essential for this role, as well as the ability to devise and implement new business development plans for the designated territory. Previous exposure to IT/Engineering Services industries and experience in selling engineering outsourcing services will be advantageous.
