Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive our lead generation efforts through calls, emails, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a seamless hand-off to the sales and marketing teams. The role demands a proactive approach to productivity, reporting, and skills enhancement.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Management :

Generate potential customer leads through proactive outreach methods, including calls, emails, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

Meet or exceed daily activity targets, such as the number of calls, emails, or LinkedIn messages sent.

Identify and qualify leads based on company criteria like Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).

Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and interest.

Schedule meetings, demos, or introductory calls for the Key Account Representatives (KARs) team.

Convert qualified leads into opportunities for the sales pipeline.

Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth and high-quality lead hand-offs.

Productivity & Reporting

Track daily activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Provide regular and accurate progress reports to management.

Update and maintain CRM records promptly to ensure data integrity.

Ensure timely sharing of product and solution-based quotes with prospects and leads.

Training & Development :

Participate actively in skills development and product knowledge training programs.

Stay updated with industry trends and company solutions to communicate value propositions to leads effectively.

Skills :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.

Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive ability to engage prospects.

Proficiency in using CRM software and productivity tools.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Must be multilingual, with proficiency in English and Hindi, along with at least one additional language.
