• Prospect via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage decision-makers.
• Qualify leads based on agreed criteria before booking meetings.
• Book high-quality meetings for the sales team with prospects who have a genuine need and interest.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and meetings booked in our CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine targeting and outreach strategies.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication skills - Written and verbal.
• Ability to quickly understand and explain technical solutions in simple terms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with prospecting tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn outreach.
• A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
