Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, social media, and events. You will be conducting initial outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce our solutions and assess their interest. Developing and implementing strategies to generate new leads, expand our customer base, and managing leads using CRM tools will be essential aspects of your role. You will schedule and conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our contract management software, tailoring each demonstration to address the specific needs and pain points of individual prospects. Maintaining regular follow-up with prospects, addressing their questions or concerns, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to close deals will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be negotiating terms and conditions, preparing proposals, and assisting in contract preparation. To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment are essential qualifications.
