Sales Development Officer

As a Sales Executive in Bathinda Area, your main goal is to focus on sales development activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Organizing new variety trails and demonstrations at farmer's fields. - Generating demand through distribution partners such as growers, farmers, nurseries, distributors, and vendors. - Conducting promotion activities like field days, dealers meetings, jeep campaigns, night meetings to boost sales. - Providing support to local dealers for field complaints, crop performance evaluations, and market information. - Ensuring timely collection to reduce customer outstanding amounts. - Organizing and following up on local trials on farmer plots to build farmers" confidence and provide technical advice on the company's portfolio. What we expect from you: - Basic knowledge of Agriculture. - Strong relationships with all channels including Distributors, dealers, farmers, and vendors. - Business development expertise. - Understanding of product requirements. - Good presentation and communication skills. - Knowledge of local language and basic computer skills. - Two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory for mobility requirements.
