Role Overview: As a Sales professional in the Bathinda Area, your main goal is to drive sales development through various activities and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Organize new variety trials and demonstrations at farmer's fields. - Generate demand through distribution partners like growers, farmers, nurseries, distributors, and vendors. - Conduct promotion activities such as field days, dealers meetings, jeep campaigns, night meetings, and pull sales. - Provide support to local dealers regarding field complaints, crop performance evaluation, and market information. - Ensure on-time collection to reduce customer outstanding amounts. - Coordinate and follow up on local trials on farmer plots to build farmer confidence and provide technical advice on the product portfolio. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of agriculture. - Strong relationships with channels including distributors, dealers, farmers, and vendors. - Proficiency in business development. - Understanding of product requirements. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Familiarity with the local language and basic computer knowledge. - Must own a two-wheeler and possess a driving license.
