Key Responsibilities :

Lead Management & Follow-Up:

- Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups.

- Maintain detailed communication logs and track lead status.

Sales Generation :

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.

Quotation Preparation :

- Prepare accurate and customized quotations based on client requirements.

- Ensure quotations are professionally presented and delivered on time.

Reporting & Target Tracking :

- Maintain records of personal performance and sales achievements.

- Share regular updates with the management and adapt strategies for better results.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

- Fluent in both verbal and written communication.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn CRM tools.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a remote setup.

Desirable Qualities :

- Experience preparing detailed quotations.

- Strong client service orientation.

- Adaptability to remote work and changing business requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
