Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to generate and close new business opportunities by acquiring healthcare providers interested in outsourcing their medical billing services. This is a commission-based role, offering attractive earnings based on successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective healthcare providers (e.g., clinics, hospitals, private practices) across the US.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of outsourcing medical billing to improve cash flow and reduce administrative burden.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, such as practice managers, billing directors, and physicians.
• Qualify leads and close deals, earning commission for every signed client.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or medical billing industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and challenges related to billing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with US healthcare market and provider landscape is a plus.
