Job Description

As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible for selling to top accounts and working with high-value clients across the region. You will manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, with a focus on presenting to C-level executives. Your tasks will include trailblazing the Loop vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives. - Own the sales cycle from start to finish, targeting C-suite executives at midsize and large companies - Value-sell Loop's offerings to executives at top companies in India - Forecast accurately and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets - Utilize your expertise in need identification and research to develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy - Prioritize qualified target accounts to optimize sales efforts - Act as the voice of the customer by clearly articulating feedback to internal teams such as Marketing, Account Management, and Product - Master Loop's value proposition and gain a deep understanding of the insurance industry You will receive support from a team of sales development representatives; however, as an individual contributor, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle end-to-end. Qualifications required for this role: - 4-6 years of experience in the B2B space - 3+ years of sales experience in general insurance - Established contacts within the market and the ability to build new relationships - Capacity to think innovatively beyond traditional sales approaches - Genuine customer empathy and strong time management skills - Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel - Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or other relevant regional languages - Willingness to travel, network, and establish lasting relationships - Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, growing company environment - BQP certification/Licenciate/Associate of III - High level of competency in Property & Crime and Liability Lines - Experience in placements in non-EB lines of business ,
