As a Sales Development Intern at PaisaOnClick, you will be part of a dynamic team working towards fixing the broken traditional lending industry by building a fully digital fintech lending marketplace. You will have the opportunity to support the sales team in managing the sales funnel, engaging with potential borrowers, educating users on loan options, and assisting in guiding applicants through the process for a hassle-free experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with lenders to enhance conversion rates, analyze lead quality and performance metrics, and identify new growth opportunities to shape PaisaOnClick's sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Support the sales team in managing the sales funnel, from incoming leads to successful conversions. - Engage with potential borrowers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their financial needs. - Educate users on loan options, eligibility criteria, and PaisaOnClick's competitive advantages. - Assist in guiding applicants through the process, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience. - Collaborate with lenders to help streamline customer approvals and enhance conversion rates. - Assist in analyzing lead quality and performance metrics, supporting efforts to refine strategies. - Identify new growth opportunities, share feedback, and contribute ideas to help shape PaisaOnClick's sales strategy. Qualifications Required: - 0-1 year of experience or an eager learner in sales, business development, or fintech (Freshers welcome). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - You can engage customers effectively. - A high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment. - A willingness to learn and adapt quickly, especially in the digital fintech space. - Basic understanding of loan products, credit policies, and financial services (Preferred but not mandatory). - Resilient mindset - Able to handle challenges with patience and adaptability. - Comfortable using digital communication tools and eager to learn about CRM tools and sales automation platforms. - A strong team player with a passion for fintech and innovation.
