Job Description

We’re hiring a Sales Development Executive to help us grow our client base through intelligent research and targeted outreach. If you’re skilled at identifying the right leads and starting meaningful conversations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business research to identify high-potential prospects
  • Craft and send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Make follow-up calls to engage and qualify leads
  • Schedule discovery calls for the Sales Manager
  • Maintain detailed outreach records in CRM tools

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong research and personalization skills (no spray-and-pray)
  • Experience with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email outreach tools
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,545.16 - ₹37,301.95 per month
