Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Development Executives for our UK Process. In this role, you will connect with UK-based clients, understand their requirements, present suitable solutions and contribute to sales conversions. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers looking to build a long-term career in Sales, Inside Sales or International Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK clients
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
• Drive conversions and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM
• Participate in ongoing sales training and skill development

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any field (Freshers encouraged to apply)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, target-driven and comfortable with phone-based interaction
• Prior telesales experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to work in the UK shift

Shift Timings

• Winter: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Summer: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Weekends Off and Fun Fridays for a better work–life balance

Salary & Benefits

• ₹45,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month (including incentives and commissions)
