Job Overview:

Inside Sales Associates

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify key accounts and develop
strategic plans
to maintain strong relationships.
Cold calling & emailing
to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
Analyze
buying patterns
and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Deliver
persuasive sales pitches
to convert leads into customers.
Prepare
proposals, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts
.

Customer Support & Relationship Management:

Act as the
first point of contact
for clients, addressing inquiries professionally.
Resolve
client issues promptly
and escalate critical concerns to appropriate teams.
Research
client needs & preferences
to provide tailored solutions.
Ensure
policy adherence
in all customer interactions.

Operational & CRM Management:

Work on
CRM tools (HubSpot)
for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
Prepare
timely account reports
to update the management on account status.
Monitor
order pipeline, inventory, and receivables
, ensuring smooth operations.
Assist in developing
new customer service benchmarks
for enhanced efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA/Postgraduate in Marketing Management
(Life Sciences background preferred).
2-4 years of experience
in
Sales & Marketing
(preferably in medical devices/life sciences).
Strong sales acumen
with experience in
lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals
.
Experience in handling
international customers
(US & Europe markets preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
and MS Office.
Excellent
communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
.
Ability to work independently and
drive strategic sales initiatives
.
