Sales & Customer Support Executive

As a Sales Executive at iBots, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from potential customers regarding our products and services. You will also conduct outbound calls to prospective leads, existing customers, and partners to drive sales conversions. Understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate products/solutions will be crucial to your success in this role. It will be important to maintain call logs, track inquiries, and update Excel sheets regularly to ensure efficient support. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams such as technical, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution. Your contribution towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets will play a pivotal role in the success of the sales team. Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the management team for product/service improvements will be an essential part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should ideally be a graduate in any discipline, preferably with experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English are a must, while proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities will be beneficial, along with an interest in electronics, IoT, and an understanding of engineering/electronic materials. Basic knowledge of electronics, IoT, or engineering products is a plus, and training will be provided to enhance your skills in these areas. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools will be necessary, along with the ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The work location is in person, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and engage with customers effectively.,
