Sales & Customer Success Representative (5 LPA CTC + Uncapped Incentives) - US Process

Shift Timings: US Process 9:30 PM TO 6:30 AM  

We're seeking a talented and driven sales professional to join our international team as a Global Sales & Customer Success Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets, leveraging your expertise to convert leads into customers 

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products/services 

- Provide proactive customer support, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and achieve sales targets 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in international sales, customer support, or BPO industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
