About the Role

Junior Sales & Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues over phone and email.
Assist with sales support, including order follow-ups and responding to product enquiries.
Visit regional partner stores to check stock movement and manage product returns.
Support operations by coordinating returns, exchanges, and cancellations with logistics partners.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or operations (mandatory).
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong computer skills and comfort working with online platforms.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
