Job Description As a Consultant in the Sales and Customer Insights team, you will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to clients for data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales and customer data, understanding omnichannel sales, developing strategies to enhance sales performance and customer experience, and managing projects efficiently. You will be required to stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the company's growth through internal initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and patterns for data-driven decision-making. - Develop strategies to improve sales performance and customer experience. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients. - Manage projects, budgets, and timelines effectively. - Stay informed about industry trends in sales, customer experience, and ecommerce technologies. - Contribute to internal initiatives for company growth. Requirements Qualifications: - Strong educational background in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in sales and customer analytics, preferably in consumer industries. - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau. - Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage projects and work independently. - Knowledge of predictive algorithms and tech stack for analytical dashboards. - Familiarity with industry trends in ecommerce, digital marketing, and analytics. Personal Attributes: - Ability to adapt in a fast-changing business environment. - Strong planning and organizing skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Updated with recent technology trends. - Capacity to handle multiple work streams simultaneously.
