As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to clients, enabling them to enhance their processes through data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed analysis of sales and customer-specific data, understanding omnichannel sales and data sources, developing strategies to improve sales performance and customer experience, and providing insights based on data analysis and industry trends. Requirements Qualifications: - Strong educational background in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in sales and customer analytics, preferably in consumer industries. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. - Experience with predictive algorithms and web analytics tools is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities. - Knowledge of industry trends in sales, customer experience, and e-commerce technologies. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering impactful solutions.
