As a Consultant in the Sales and Customer Insights team at Thoucentric, you will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to clients, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to enhance their processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of sales and customer data, developing strategies to improve sales performance and customer experience, and working closely with clients to provide customized solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to internal initiatives for company growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough analysis of sales and customer data to identify trends and patterns for data-driven decision making. - Understand omnichannel sales and engage in peer-level conversations with clients regarding emerging business requirements in the omnichannel ecosystem. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer experience. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends, particularly in CPG, retail, and other related industries. - Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to clients. - Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. - Handle budget, effort tracking, and product roadmap building with multiple stakeholders to ensure project completion on time. - Stay updated on industry trends in sales, customer experience, marketing analytics, and ecommerce technologies. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong educational background in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in sales and customer analytics, preferably in CPG and Retail industries. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. - Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage projects effectively and deliver high-quality work on time. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Knowledge of predictive algorithms and tech stack powering analytical dashboards. - Familiarity with industry trends in sales, customer experience, and ecommerce technologies.
