Sales, E-Commerce & Creative Executive

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 6 Days/Week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales, E-Commerce & Creative Executive to support our operations across IndiaMART, Amazon, and Shopify. This is a multi-dimensional role combining sales, e-commerce management, creative design, and social media support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

• Manage IndiaMART & Amazon sales: phone calls, quotations, lead follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries across all platforms and ensure timely order processing.

E-Commerce Management

• Upload and maintain product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and IndiaMART.
• Keep inventory, pricing, and SKUs updated.
• Assist in discount campaigns, offers, and festive sales.
• Ensure products are SEO-optimized for search visibility.

Creative & Social Media

• Design product creatives, ads, and banners (Photoshop, Canva).
• Create and edit reels/videos (Premiere Pro / CapCut).
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest: scheduling posts, writing captions, engaging with followers.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain Excel reports for sales and campaigns.
• Share weekly updates with management.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro (basic), and Excel.
• Familiarity with Amazon/IndiaMART/Shopify portals (training can be provided).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, sales, or social media management is preferred.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000/month (depending on experience).
• Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed pay.
• On-the-job training in Shopify, Amazon, and IndiaMART operations.
