Job Overview. Touchstone Educationals LLP is seeking a Sales Counselor with less than 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and personalized services to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia. This is a full-time position located in Mansa, Punjab, India. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our network of branches across Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Passionate about international education and helping students achieve their goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of study abroad processes, admission requirements, and visa procedures is a plus.

Previous experience in sales or counseling is preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities. Provide expert guidance and counseling to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia.

Assist students in selecting suitable courses and universities based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.

Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to prospective students and their parents/guardians.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow up on leads.

Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other key stakeholders in the education industry.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in international education and immigration policies.

Contribute to team targets and actively participate in marketing and promotional activities.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to students throughout their academic journey
