Role & Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about treatments & servicesConvert leads into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and follow-upsMaintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic growthCoordinate with the marketing and operations team for seamless client experience
