ISAAC Luxe — India’s premier chain of cosmetic and dermatology clinics — is expanding its Sales Team in Bangalore

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from social media, Meta ads, and events.
• Pitch ISAAC Luxe services confidently and drive walk-ins to clinics.
• Build strong rapport, answer queries, and close leads.
• Use CRM tools to track leads and performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams for smooth conversions.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of proven telecalling/sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English (clarity, fluency, and confidence).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to meet targets.
• Bonus: Kannada or Hindi knowledge (not mandatory).

For WFH candidates:

• Must have a personal laptop/tablet with webcam, mic, and stable internet.
• Must be Bangalore-based and self-disciplined.

💰 Compensation

WFH:

In-Office:

Incentives (for both):

• ₹500 per confirmed walk-in
• 0.5% commission on revenue from converted walk-ins
