Sales Counselor (Telecaller)

As a Sales Counselor (Telecaller) at ISAAC Luxe in Bangalore, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls from various sources such as social media, Meta ads, and events. You will be responsible for confidently pitching ISAAC Luxe services, driving walk-ins to clinics, building strong rapport with potential clients, answering queries, and closing leads effectively. Additionally, you will use CRM tools to track leads and performance metrics, while also coordinating with marketing and clinic teams to ensure smooth conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from social media, Meta ads, and events. - Confidently pitch ISAAC Luxe services and drive walk-ins to clinics. - Build strong rapport, answer queries, and close leads. - Utilize CRM tools to track leads and performance. - Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams for seamless conversions. Qualifications Required: - 15 years of proven telecalling/sales experience. - Excellent spoken English with clarity, fluency, and confidence. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Customer-focused mindset and ability to meet targets. - Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is a bonus (not mandatory). For Work-from-Home candidates, it is essential to have a personal laptop/tablet with webcam, mic, and stable internet connection. You must also be based in Bangalore and possess self-discipline for remote work. The compensation for Work-from-Home roles ranges from 10,000 to 25,000 per month, while for In-Office positions, it is between 25,000 to 35,000 per month. Incentives include 500 per confirmed walk-in and 0.5% commission on revenue from converted walk-ins.
