🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Counselor | Curious Junior

About the Role

motivated and customer-focused Academic Mentors (Sales Counselors)

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective parents and students via calls and follow-ups, converting qualified leads into enrollments.
Understand students’ learning requirements, deliver product demonstrations, and explain course benefits.
Present program outcomes and long-term value to drive conversions.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems.
Build and sustain strong relationships with parents and students to promote retention and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (good mathematics background preferred).
0–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or tele-counseling.
Proficiency in
Hindi and English
is essential.
Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
