We are looking for a smart motivated and student-friendly Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and parents through our course offerings and admission process helping them choose the right language program based on their goals and interests.Key Responsibilities* Handle walk in phone and online inquiries related to language courses* Counsel students on course selection batch timings and career opportunities* Follow up with leads through calls emails WhatsApp and maintain CRM records* Assist students with admission formalities including application and fee payment* Provide accurate information about course content structure certifications and outcomes* Coordinate with faculty and admin teams for class schedules and updates* Maintain regular communication with enrolled students for retention and supportRequirements* Bachelors degree in any field Education Marketing or Communication preferred* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi* Minimum 1 year of counselling or telecalling experience preferred* Confident with handling phone calls and face to face interactions* Basic knowledge of foreign language education is an added advantage* Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace and CRM tools preferred* Strong organizational and follow up skillsPreferred Skills* Experience working in an educational institute or language training center* Ability to speak additional languages is a plus* Positive attitude and student centric approachWhat We Offer* Attractive salary with incentives and growth opportunities* Friendly and multicultural work environment* Training and development support* Opportunity to work in the field of global education and languagesHow to Apply
