We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Visa & Job Counselor to join our team and support students throughout their journey. Job Description As a Visa & Job Counselor at TLS, you will play a key role in guiding students through the documentation and application process, while also managing inbound/outbound queries and contributing to student admissions and placement success. Key Responsibilities * Assist students in visa documentation preparation, including compiling, verifying, and submitting all required paperwork for Japanese study and work visas. * Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries regarding visa applications, course details, job placements, and general inquiries. * Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Counsel students on suitable job opportunities in Japan based on language skills, qualifications, and career interests. * Generate sales by converting leads into successful enrollments through persuasive communication and relationship building. * Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and application statuses. * Coordinate with internal teams and Japanese partners regarding student placement and visa progress. * Provide pre-departure orientation and support to ensure smooth transition for students traveling to Japan. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Education, International Relations, or related). * 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or visa processing (experience with Japan is a plus). * Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Japanese language proficiency is an advantage). * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
