Job Description: Visa Counsellor – UK Study VisaJob Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Visa Counsellor to join our team for the UK Study Visa division. The ideal candidate will guide students through the entire UK study visa process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and thorough understanding of UK visa guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling to students regarding UK study visa requirements, documentation, and eligibility.
• Guide students through the complete visa process, including CAS, financial documentation, and application submission.
• Communicate with students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to resolve queries.
• Maintain updated knowledge of UKVI rules, policies, immigration updates, and university requirements.
• Assist students in preparing their visa files with proper documentation and ensure accuracy before submission.
• Review financial statements, academic documents, and other supporting papers as per UKVI standards.
• Coordinate with the admissions and filing teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain proper records and track progress of each student case through CRM or internal systems.
• Follow up with students regularly to collect pending documents and provide timely updates.
• Handle escalations, provide solutions, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with changing visa guidelines.
• Achieve monthly targets related to file submissions or approvals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
