We are looking to hire a dedicated and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to join our team and support clients throughout the entire visa application process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information on various visa categories, assessing client eligibility, and guiding applicants in preparing and organizing all required documents. They will manage application submissions, track progress, and keep clients updated every step of the way, while ensuring strict compliance with embassy and consulate regulations. The Visa Counselor will also assist clients with interview preparation, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain organized records of all cases. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior experience in visa counseling, immigration services, or education consultancy are preferred, and a customer-focused attitude is essential for delivering a smooth and positive experience to every client.
