The ideal candidate will handle front-desk duties, support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry, and assist clients from diverse backgrounds with courtesy and confidentiality. Strong communication skills, good organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment are essential. Bilingual abilities and prior customer service or administrative experience are an asset.
