We are looking for dynamic and passionate Education Counselors to join our sales team and help students choose the right career path. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads to promote our courses. Understand student needs and guide them towards the most suitable course. Counsel students on career prospects in Digital Marketing, VFX, Animation, and UX/UI. Convert leads into enrollments by effectively pitching course benefits. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Participate in marketing and outreach activities such as webinars, events, and seminars when needed. Maintain a deep understanding of all course offerings, fees, and career outcomes. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector. Excellent communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English both preferred). Passion for education and helping students build careers. Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
