We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who can bring precision, professionalism, and outstanding communication to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day operations.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up with clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships with impeccable written and verbal communication.
• Ensure timely response to inquiries and seamless order processing.
• Work closely with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Track sales leads, maintain CRM entries, and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• Exceptional command of English (spoken and written) – impeccable language skills are a must.
• Extraordinary communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or related fields (preferably in manufacturing or B2B).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,820.60 per month
